If you LOVE teaching and pouring into the lives of children, we are looking for you!!!The Position: As a Aide/Assistant Preschool Teacher at The Cradle Club, you'll join us in our mission to bring laughter, learning and love to preschoolers and their families through a commitment to customized care and creative curriculum.You'll spend each day helping to facilitate playful, theme-based activities that aim at kindergarten readiness while also enjoying the opportunity for comprehensive professional growth of your own, all in a supportive, caring workplace environment!As our preschool lead, you will:<ul><li>Maintain a daily atmosphere filled with laughter, learning and love!</li><li>Utilize your talents to create a customized learning environment through our theme-based, teacher-crafted curriculum</li><li>Communicate caringly with our incredible families regarding each child&rsquo;s daily growth and learning</li><li>Grow your skill set and gain experience in the field of early childhood education!</li></ul>Education/Experience: Applicant must meet the experience and education requirements for an Aide or AssistantTeacher as outlined by MN DHS Rule 3.<ul><li>Some post secondary education strongly preferred. CDA, Associates or Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience needed dependent upon education.
