Assistant Preschool Teacher or Aide Needed!

The Minneapolis Cradle Club's amazing Preschool Program has a rare opening for an outstanding Aide/Assistant Teacher! If you LOVE teaching and pouring into the lives of children, we are looking for you!!!

The Position: As a Aide/Assistant Preschool Teacher at The Cradle Club, you'll join us in our mission to bring laughter, learning and love to preschoolers and their families through a commitment to customized care and creative curriculum.

You'll spend each day helping to facilitate playful, theme-based activities that aim at kindergarten readiness while also enjoying the opportunity for comprehensive professional growth of your own, all in a supportive, caring workplace environment!

As our preschool lead, you will:

• Maintain a daily atmosphere filled with laughter, learning and love!
• Utilize your talents to create a customized learning environment through our theme-based, teacher-crafted curriculum
• Communicate caringly with our incredible families regarding each child’s daily growth and learning
• Grow your skill set and gain experience in the field of early childhood education!

Education/Experience: Applicant must meet the experience and education requirements for an Aide or AssistantTeacher as outlined by MN DHS Rule 3.

• Some post secondary education strongly preferred. CDA, Associates or Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.
• Experience needed dependent upon education. Experience working in a licensed childcare setting or as a student intern strongly preferred.

Hours : 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Compensation/Benefits:

• $500 SIGN- ON BONUS after successful completion of 90 days employment! * To receive this bonus you must be in good standing as defined by performance and attendance.
