Our creative process is highly collaborative and fast-moving, and we believe the best work happens when great minds are in the same room pushing ideas further.If you live for creative storytelling, think in campaigns, and can produce content that looks, feels, and performs like a million bucks, you might be our next powerhouse.The RoleWe&rsquo;re hiring a Senior Digital Content &amp; Social Media Lead, a hands-on creative who can strategize, direct, and execute digital campaigns across social and email.You&rsquo;ll concept ideas, and deliver polished, purposeful creative that drives engagement and conversion. This role blends strategy and artistry, vision and execution, and requires someone who can bring both.You&rsquo;ll work directly with our award-winning team to elevate The Creative Agency&rsquo;s brand and deliver best-in-class work for clients in beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, luxury, and beyond.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead content strategy and execution for social and email campaigns</li><li>Lead and direct brand shoots, craft storyboards, and ensure assets are on brand and optimized for digital use.</li><li>Plan, create, and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more).</li><li>Design scroll-stopping visuals aligned with each client&rsquo;s brand identity and campaign goals.</li><li>Write compelling copy that reflects a brand&rsquo;s tone and drives engagement.</li><li>Design and deploy promotional emails with strong storytelling, branding, and conversion tactics.</li><li>Analyze results and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and ROI.</li><li>Stay ahead of digital trends and apply them with intent and strategy.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>4&ndash;6 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social strategy.</li><li>A portfolio that makes us stop scrolling.</li><li>Proven ability to concept and produce content that delivers measurable results.</li><li>Advanced understanding of social platform best practices.</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Flodesk, Etc</li><li>Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.</li><li>A balance of creative instinct and analytical thinking.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A creator who thrives in a collaborative, in-person environment.</li><li>A doer and a thinker</li><li>Confident leading creative direction and executing your own vision.</li><li>Obsessed with quality, precision, and purpose in every project.</li><li>Organized, proactive, and fueled by fast-paced agency life.</li><li>You don&rsquo;t wait for inspiration.
