Commercial Video Producer

The Creative Agency is seeking a full-time Video Producer to create bold, trend-aware, commercially effective content for the brands we serve.

We aren't producing documentaries. We aren't creating traditional corporate videos.

We create content designed to stop the scroll, launch products, build communities, generate demand, and make brands impossible to ignore.

From cinematic product reveals and high-gloss beauty campaigns to founder stories, lifestyle content, interviews, events, social media trends, and paid advertising assets, our work lives where culture and commerce meet.

We're looking for someone who instinctively notices what is working in today's media landscape. Someone who loves consumer brands, pays attention to social platforms, understands visual trends, and knows how to translate ideas into content people actually want to watch.

This is a hands-on production role responsible for projects from concept through final delivery. You'll function as both cinematographer and editor, bringing creative energy, technical excellence, and operational discipline to everything you touch.

What You'll Create

• Producing premium product launches and campaign assets for consumer brands
• Creating fast-paced social content designed to capture attention and increase engagement
• Developing paid advertising creative optimized for performance
• Filming founder stories, interviews, and brand narratives
• Capturing lifestyle content that feels authentic and aspirational
• Producing event coverage that extends well beyond simple recaps
• Building launch content for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
• Turning a simple product into something consumers genuinely desire

Growth Opportunity

Performance will be formally reviewed at 90 days and evaluated based on output quality, deadline adherence, organization, communication, collaboration, initiative, and overall alignment with agency standards and expectations.

In addition to performance evaluation, The Creative Agency may discuss expanded responsibilities, growth opportunities, compensation adjustments, and participation in performance-based revenue sharing programs for employees who demonstrate meaningful contributions to agency growth, client retention, operational efficiency, and profitability.
