Overskies is seeking a results-driven Social Media Strategist to lead our social media presence for luxury brand accounts. The ideal candidate brings deep platform expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to craft compelling brand narratives that drive engagement and business growth across social channels.This is a dynamic role that requires strategic thinking, organic social media management capabilities, and community management skills. The ability to balance creative storytelling with social metrics is also key.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, and business goals across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality content using our social media management platform.</li><li>Work with in-house art director and team to produce high quality creative content for posting on social media.</li><li>Conduct social listening and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, keeping brands ahead of industry conversations.</li><li>Build and nurture engaged online communities by actively responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in real-time, maintaining brand voice and fostering customer loyalty.</li><li>Create compelling copy, captions, and content briefs that align with luxury brand aesthetics and drive meaningful engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, strategists, copywriters, and account teams to develop cohesive campaigns and content calendars.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics, engagement rates, and brand awareness data using platform analytics and third-party tools to inform strategy optimization.</li><li>Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to amplify reach and enhance brand credibility.</li><li>Stay current with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and social media best practices to ensure content remains relevant and high-performing.</li><li>Handle crisis management and reputation monitoring, escalating issues appropriately.</li><li>Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize content creation, posting schedules, and performance predictions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>4+ years of professional experience in social media management, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or agency environments.</li><li>Proven track record of growing social media audiences, increasing engagement rates, and driving measurable business results.</li><li>Expert knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) including algorithms, best practices, and platform-specific content formats.</li><li>Proficiency with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Dash Social, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools</li><li>Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different brands and audiences.</li><li>Experience with community management, customer service best practices, and real-time engagement strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with content creation tools, basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics), and video editing for Reels/Stories/TikToks.</li><li>Experience with social listening tools and brand monitoring</li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple brand accounts independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Flexibility to monitor and respond to social media outside traditional business hours when necessary.</li></ul>Bonus Points<ul><li>Experience with influencer marketing and partnership management.</li><li>Proficiency with AI-powered content creation and optimization tools.</li><li>Previous luxury brand or high-end agency experience.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce integration and social commerce strategies.</li><li>Experience managing social media crisis situations and reputation management.</li><li>Certifications in social media marketing, Meta Blueprint, or similar credentials.</li><li>Understanding of SEO and how social media impacts overall digital marketing strategy.</li></ul>Why Join UsYou'll be part of a passionate, creative agency team that partners with leading luxury and lifestyle brands.
