We are expanding our reach and looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can handle both retail store sales and outdoor B2B sales with salons, spas, and corporate clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Retail Store Responsibilities</li><li>Greet and assist walk-in customers with product recommendations based on hair type &amp; concerns.</li><li>Achieve daily/weekly store sales targets.</li><li>Handle billing, POS, and daily cash and stock reconciliation.</li><li>Maintain store displays, merchandising, and cleanliness.</li><li>Provide excellent after-sales customer support.</li></ul>Outdoor / B2B Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct regular field visits to salons, spas, beauty centers, influencers, and corporate clients.</li><li>Present Curl Nation products, offers, and wholesale rates to potential partners.</li><li>Generate new B2B leads and convert them into consistent buyers.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients.</li><li>Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments.</li><li>Meet monthly B2B sales targets and expand market reach.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in retail sales or B2B sales (beauty industry preferred).</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Pleasant, friendly, and customer-focused personality.</li><li>Ability to work in shifts and also handle outdoor meetings.</li><li>Valid Bahrain driving license (Mandatory for outdoor visits).</li><li>Basic computer skills (POS, MS Office, WhatsApp Business).</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months
