The Curl Nation is Bahrain’s leading curly hair care brand, offering premium products, expert guidance, and exceptional customer experience. We are expanding our reach and looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can handle both retail store sales and outdoor B2B sales with salons, spas, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Store Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with product recommendations based on hair type & concerns.
  • Achieve daily/weekly store sales targets.
  • Handle billing, POS, and daily cash and stock reconciliation.
  • Maintain store displays, merchandising, and cleanliness.
  • Provide excellent after-sales customer support.

Outdoor / B2B Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to salons, spas, beauty centers, influencers, and corporate clients.
  • Present Curl Nation products, offers, and wholesale rates to potential partners.
  • Generate new B2B leads and convert them into consistent buyers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments.
  • Meet monthly B2B sales targets and expand market reach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales or B2B sales (beauty industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Pleasant, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to work in shifts and also handle outdoor meetings.
  • Valid Bahrain driving license (Mandatory for outdoor visits).
  • Basic computer skills (POS, MS Office, WhatsApp Business).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
