About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Salesman to join our team. The Salesman will be responsible for promoting and selling fresh fruits and vegetables to customers, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role requires good communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and knowledge of fresh produce handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell fruits and vegetables to customers, including supermarkets, restaurants, and wholesale buyers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Ensure proper product display, quality checks, and freshness of produce at all times.
• Provide accurate information on product origin, pricing, and availability.
• Monitor stock levels, arrange customer orders, and coordinate with the operations team for timely deliveries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after sales support.
• Knowledge and proper compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in fresh produce (fruits and vegetables) or FMCG sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of fruits and vegetables, storage, and handling practices.
• Valid Bahraini driving license.
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain.
