Assistant Sales Manager

We’re expanding our sales force and looking for a driven, collaborative Assistant Sales Manager to support strategic growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager and BDM in executing sector-specific strategies across key markets
• Identify and qualify new leads, nurturing them into long-term partnerships
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demos
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Stay updated on product offerings including hardware, software, cloud services, and cybersecurity
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to align solutions with client needs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategies
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and contribute to reporting and forecasting

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or B2B environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Confident in presenting solutions and negotiating deals
• Familiar with CRM tools and Bahrain’s procurement ecosystem
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Valid Bahrain driving license required
