Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Software Sales Account Manager with proven expertise in IT System Integration and Business Application Solutions. The role is responsible for managing large corporate accounts, developing strategic account plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving solution-based business across multiple product lines.


The Account Manager will also be accountable for achieving assigned sales targets by promoting and selling Business Applications Solutions , including ERPs, HRMS, Portals, Mobile Apps, and Software Solutions & Services . Experience in selling Cloud-based solutions and related services will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and develop new customer accounts.
  • Manage and grow relationships with large enterprise and corporate clients.
  • Achieve assigned Gross Profit (GP) and revenue targets for the financial year.
  • Drive solution-based sales for the company’s focused product lines.
  • Ensure early vendor engagement and protect opportunities for successful deal closure.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Support, Back Office, and Management teams to prepare and submit professional proposals.
  • Proactively engage with customers for major opportunities and conduct due diligence to maximize winning potential in tenders and bids.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience in the IT / System Integration industry.
  • Proven experience in selling Software Solutions, Cloud Services, and IT Infrastructure Solutions .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a solution-oriented approach.
