Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new wholesale clients (retailers, distributors, and corporate buyers).
  • Promote and sell a wide range of mobile accessories (chargers, cables, earphones, cases, power banks, etc.) and IT products (computers, peripherals, networking items, printers, etc.).
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and meet profitability goals.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Follow up on client orders, payments, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain updated records of customer information, sales reports, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor products, prices, and promotions.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and vendor meetings as required.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and warranty claims professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in wholesale or B2B sales of mobile accessories, IT, or electronics products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Good understanding of product specifications and technology trends in the mobile and IT industry.
  • Familiarity with wholesale trading processes, invoicing, and payment terms.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP/POS systems).
  • Valid driving license (if fieldwork is involved).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
