Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end execution of business initiatives across departments (e.g., F&amp;B, wellness, retail, events)</li><li>Develop workflows and SOPs for each business unit to ensure efficiency and alignment</li><li>Lead project planning, resourcing, budgeting, and progress tracking</li><li>Liaise with vendors, suppliers, freelancers, and service providers</li><li>Monitor timelines, costs, and KPIs; flag and solve bottlenecks quickly</li><li>Assist with brand launches, campaign rollouts, and seasonal activations</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and licensing (TAMM, DED, etc.)</li><li>Manage internal tools, calendars, and dashboards to centralize tasks</li><li>Regularly report to the founder with updates, insights, and improvement suggestions</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3+ years experience in project or operations management, ideally in lifestyle, F&amp;B, wellness, or retail industries</li><li>Ability to manage and juggle multiple timelines and brands simultaneously</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE-based processes (licensing, permits, vendor networks)</li><li>Comfortable working in a founder-led, fast-paced, high-autonomy environment</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused</li><li>Tech-savvy: able to manage Notion, Excel, Canva, project software (ClickUp, Trello, or similar)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: From AED4,100.00 per month

About the Role:We are looking for a professional and well-presented female Receptionist to join our Pilates studio. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact, you will ensure every client receives a welcoming and seamless experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist clients with a professional and welcoming attitude.</li><li>Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including class bookings, client inquiries, and payment processing.</li><li>Coordinate client schedules, cancellations, and package renewals with accuracy.</li><li>Answer phone calls and emails while attending to walk-in clients.</li><li>Maintain organized client records and ensure the booking system is up to date.</li><li>Support instructors and management with scheduling and daily operations.</li><li>Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and aligned with studio standards.</li><li>Assist in promoting studio services, events, and retail items.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female, with a professional appearance and strong communication skills.</li><li>Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience (fitness/wellness background is an advantage).</li><li>Proven ability to multitask effectively and stay organized under pressure.</li><li>Comfortable with booking systems, basic computer skills, and POS transactions.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented.</li><li>Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and shifts as required.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Professional, supportive, and dynamic work environment.</li><li>Growth opportunities within the studio.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED2,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Front Desk: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
