Female Leisure Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Leisure & Events Manager to oversee daily leisure operations and lead the planning and execution of events, workshops, and pop-ups. The role blends operational management with creative direction — ensuring that every experience reflects our commitment to wellness, community, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the leisure and wellness areas, ensuring smooth coordination of classes, bookings, and client experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute events, workshops, and pop-up activations aligned with the brand’s wellness and lifestyle identity.
• Work closely with marketing and partnerships teams to curate engaging community programs and collaborations.
• Oversee front-of-house operations and maintain high service and presentation standards.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor relations, and supplier management.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective operations and event execution.
• Handle client and partner communications professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety, health, and operational regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Events, or Leisure Management (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in leisure, hospitality, or event management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
• Interest or experience in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle sectors.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
