 Head of Finance &amp; Administration, Americas
 
 to join us during an exciting stage of growth and transformation. This is a high-impact role supporting the entire U.S. division&mdash;combining financial leadership with cross-functional operational execution to help scale the business effectively.
 
 
 
 
 
 Working hours are typically 9am&ndash;5pm EST, with flexibility based on business needs. We prefer candidates located in or have ability to travel to the
 
 Tampa, Florida area
 
 , with collaboration across U.S. and international teams.

 Responsibilities include:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts and reporting into the Group Finance function
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all accounting records and financial systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the preparation of statutory accounts for the U.S. entity
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide objective financial insight to support strategic decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead preparation of budgets, forecasts, and business plans for the U.S. division
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee working capital management, including cash flow, creditors, debtors, and overheads
 </li>
 <li>
 Strengthen internal financial controls and embed a strong risk management culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Group CFO in execution of the Group&rsquo;s tax strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all federal, state, and local tax filings are completed accurately and on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain compliance with all regulatory and statutory reporting requirements
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Business Operations &amp; Execution
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a central operational leader supporting the U.S. division
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution of key business priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable, practical solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Support leadership by streamlining processes and improving overall business effectiveness
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide both financial and operational insights to inform decision-making
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Process Improvement &amp; Organizational Effectiveness
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Establish and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency across teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Reduce administrative and coordination burdens on revenue-generating functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistent, organized, and scalable business operations across the division
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with leadership to improve workflows, communication, and execution
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Stakeholder &amp; Project Leadership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisers, and external partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a key point of coordination across finance, operations, and leadership teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and support key business initiatives and projects as the organization grows
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep stakeholders informed and aligned on priorities, progress, and outcomes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Team Leadership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Directly manage and develop the Finance Manager, Americas
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide mentorship, oversight, and performance guidance
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development of a scalable finance and operations structure
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What do you need?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
 
 required
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently in a matrixed, global organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or service-based industries is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax and compliance requirements
 </li>
