Lead Financial Strategy, Governance & Performance Across US Operations

We are seeking a Head of Finance & Administration, Americas to join us during an exciting stage of growth and transformation. This is a high-impact role supporting the entire U.S. division—combining financial leadership with cross-functional operational execution to help scale the business effectively.


Working hours are typically 9am–5pm EST, with flexibility based on business needs. We prefer candidates located in or have ability to travel to the Tampa, Florida area , with collaboration across U.S. and international teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts and reporting into the Group Finance function
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all accounting records and financial systems
  • Lead the preparation of statutory accounts for the U.S. entity
  • Provide objective financial insight to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead preparation of budgets, forecasts, and business plans for the U.S. division
  • Oversee working capital management, including cash flow, creditors, debtors, and overheads
  • Strengthen internal financial controls and embed a strong risk management culture
  • Support the Group CFO in execution of the Group’s tax strategy
  • Ensure all federal, state, and local tax filings are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and statutory reporting requirements

Business Operations & Execution

  • Act as a central operational leader supporting the U.S. division
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution of key business priorities
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable, practical solutions
  • Support leadership by streamlining processes and improving overall business effectiveness
  • Provide both financial and operational insights to inform decision-making

Process Improvement & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Establish and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency across teams
  • Reduce administrative and coordination burdens on revenue-generating functions
  • Ensure consistent, organized, and scalable business operations across the division
  • Partner with leadership to improve workflows, communication, and execution

Stakeholder & Project Leadership

  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisers, and external partners
  • Act as a key point of coordination across finance, operations, and leadership teams
  • Lead and support key business initiatives and projects as the organization grows
  • Keep stakeholders informed and aligned on priorities, progress, and outcomes

Team Leadership

  • Directly manage and develop the Finance Manager, Americas
  • Provide mentorship, oversight, and performance guidance
  • Support the development of a scalable finance and operations structure



What do you need?

  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a matrixed, global organization
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or service-based industries is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax and compliance requirements
