We are currently looking for a temporary Office Manager to provide coverage during a maternity leave at our Bayview location. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and experienced in office management or dental practice operations.As the office manager, you will be working in an environment that prioritizes learning, team cohesion, and patient care. As a practice manager, you will be a valuable business partner to the doctor and the team. This hard-working and motivated leader will help guide and support the team as they provide the best possible care to the community.our objective is to hire and develop leaders who can support the business needs of each dental office and foster a strong culture of camaraderie and support.QualificationsAbility to work with minimal supervision, self-starter, and demonstrates initiativeFlexible and innovative; highly adaptable to dynamic business environment; a catalyst for changeHigh engagement; supportive of leadership and role model for company values and guiding behaviorsResponsibilitiesReports to Regional Manager, Operations DirectorThe Manager is expected to achieve operational goals, support the Dentists and be a great and consistent leader, and manage employee relationsThe Practice Manager will also support and collaborate with staff members to assist in reaching goals and objectivesEffectively manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, specialty referral process, and miscellaneous operations expensesGuide the office within budget guidelines to include clerical and auxiliary supply purchases, equipment upgrades, labs, and labor costsIncrease and stimulate new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing, and promotional programsDirectly supervise office teams and proactively manage their performance and development including but not limited to performance feedback, appraisals, and corrective actionsCommunicate with office teams regularly to ensure they have the information, tools, and support needed to perform their jobs effectively and successfullyComplete administrative tasks, such as financial review, end-of-day reporting, staff payroll, and accounts receivable reports correctly and within deadlinesMaintain patient data including required regulatory chart documents, personal information, treatment consultation documentation, account history transactions, and electronic QSI dataMaintain facilities and equipment cleanliness and safety and report and/or corrected hazards when necessary in compliance with all state and federal regulations, including OSHARespond to the doctor, patient, and employee grievances, complaints, and inquiries and seek assistance from the regional manager when necessaryContinually work towards building and sustaining a joined leadership work environment with doctorsPerform other duties as assignedWhy join us?Competitive SalariesMedical/Dental/VisionPaid vacationsPaid sick days401KSupplemental bonus payProfessional Development and Continued Education!Job Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Dental experience do you have</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Open Dental: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Dental clinic: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
