Billing Quantity Analyst (Interior / Architecture Firm)Experience: 1&ndash;3 years Industry: Interior Design / Architecture / ConstructionKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and verify BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for interior and architectural projects.</li><li>Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine accurate material quantities and labor requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, designers, and procurement teams for cost estimation and billing reconciliation.</li><li>Prepare client and subcontractor bills, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.</li><li>Monitor project progress and update quantity and cost reports accordingly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office.</li><li>Understanding of interior materials, finishes, and measurement standards.</li><li>Attention to detail with good analytical and numerical ability.</li><li>Communication and coordination skills for handling site and office interactions.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering or Architecture.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;30,368.70 per monthWork Location: In person
