Billing Quantity Analyst (Interior / Architecture Firm)

Experience: 1–3 years
Industry: Interior Design / Architecture / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for interior and architectural projects.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine accurate material quantities and labor requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, designers, and procurement teams for cost estimation and billing reconciliation.
• Prepare client and subcontractor bills, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and update quantity and cost reports accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office.
• Understanding of interior materials, finishes, and measurement standards.
• Attention to detail with good analytical and numerical ability.
• Communication and coordination skills for handling site and office interactions.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹30,368.70 per month
