Role Overview:The HR Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations across recruitment, employee engagement, data management, and policy implementation. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions within a dynamic academic and creative environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for prospective candidates.</li><li>Support the onboarding process &mdash; documentation, orientation, and first-week coordination.</li></ul>2. HR Operations &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave trackers on the HRMS (Keka).</li><li>Assist in updating HR databases and supporting payroll documentation.</li></ul>3. Employee Engagement &amp; Communication<ul><li>Contribute to planning and executing monthly engagement activities and events.</li><li>Draft internal communication (emails, announcements, and notices) in alignment with TDV&rsquo;s tone and culture.</li></ul>4. Learning &amp; Development Support<ul><li>Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and other development initiatives.</li><li>Support feedback collection and session reporting.</li></ul>5. Research &amp; Policy Support<ul><li>Conduct benchmarking or policy research as needed.</li><li>Assist in updating HR policies, handbooks, and process documents.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree student (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields).</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.</li><li>Interest in HR, people management, and workplace culture.</li><li>Positive attitude, high sense of ownership, and learning mindset.</li></ul>Learning Outcomes:<ul><li>Exposure to full-cycle HR operations in an institutional and creative setup.</li><li>Hands-on experience with HRMS software, engagement design, and compliance.</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to live HR projects and employee experience initiatives.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
