Role Overview:

The HR Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations across recruitment, employee engagement, data management, and policy implementation. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions within a dynamic academic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for prospective candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process — documentation, orientation, and first-week coordination.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave trackers on the HRMS (Keka).
  • Assist in updating HR databases and supporting payroll documentation.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Contribute to planning and executing monthly engagement activities and events.
  • Draft internal communication (emails, announcements, and notices) in alignment with TDV’s tone and culture.

4. Learning & Development Support

  • Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and other development initiatives.
  • Support feedback collection and session reporting.

5. Research & Policy Support

  • Conduct benchmarking or policy research as needed.
  • Assist in updating HR policies, handbooks, and process documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
  • Interest in HR, people management, and workplace culture.
  • Positive attitude, high sense of ownership, and learning mindset.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Exposure to full-cycle HR operations in an institutional and creative setup.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS software, engagement design, and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
