Tryon Solutions specializes in working with companies that are looking to transform their supply chain systems which includes implementations, continuous improvement processes, automation, test management, and support. Our solutions streamline distribution operations, maintain system reliability, and give customers confidence that their processes and product flows are accurate. We are looking for an Operations Manager, preferably in Hyderabad, who will use their experience to manage functions such as customer billing, vendor payments, bookkeeping, and general office management. In addition, this role will also complete tasks for payroll and benefits, employee onboarding, project management, and other various functions to support the administrative success of office operations.


How you’ll contribute:

Accounting and Bookkeeping:

  • Generate and distribute customer invoices, track purchase orders, and ensure proper project setup across multiple customer projects
  • Perform bookkeeping functions, including paying bills, manage employee expense reimbursements, process customer payments, record customer payments, etc.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and process electronic payments.
  • Compile various financial reports to support management and payroll (i.e. commissions, bonuses, etc.)
  • Collaborate with human resources to assist with monthly payroll, employee benefits, and onboarding
  • Engage with customer, partners, and internal teams to resolve billing- and project-related issues


Human Resources & Administrative:

  • Manage and submit payroll; generate and maintain reporting
  • Manage benefits including review, enrollments, and providing information to employees
  • Support hiring process by reviewing resumes, offers and statuses, and assist new employees with onboarding and workspace setup
  • Create and maintain annual review process and reporting
  • Maintain customer, vendor, and company records/files to allow efficient access by various teams
  • Collect signatures and oversee document management as statements of work, orders, and contracts transition from Sales to Delivery
  • Provide project management support and reports as requested
  • Ensure employee and contractor compliance with required administrative responsibilities (i.e. timesheets, expense reimbursement, approvals, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support to company executives
  • Assist with planning company events and meetings
  • Create and maintain documentation on company processes and procedures
  • Perform other job administrative duties as assigned


Office Management:

  • Oversee daily tasks in the office: manage supply inventory, retrieve/disseminate physical mail, receive and ship packages, coordinate necessary facilities & equipment maintenance


Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or administration.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Mail (Gmail)
  • Experience with accounting platforms
  • Exposure to employee relations and human resource management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, especially on a global scale
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Quality is just as important as quantity; attention-to-detail is key
  • Tap into your decision-making and organizational skills to solve unique challenges
  • Ability to recognize or even anticipate new issues quickly and discern the best course of action
  • Dive in as a self-starter with a can-do attitude who takes ownership of tasks/duties
  • Be fluid and adapt from working independently to working in a team environment


Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Experience using OpenAir and Confluence/Jira
  • Ability to create and interpret a profit & loss statement, balance sheet, and other financial reports
  • Understanding of accrual accounting and professional services revenue recognition
  • Experience with event planning such as company meetings and team-building events
