DDY is now looking for more young, vibrant, and dynamic professionals to be part of its growing team.About the role:<ul><li>The Learning Support Assistant&rsquo;s (LSA) main role is to provide 1:1 support to children of determination who&rsquo;s enrolled in a school</li><li>Implement techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis during 1:1 therapy sessions with children with autism and related disorders in school</li><li>Implement structured and individualized treatment programs designed by a Clinical Supervisor, including skill acquisition programs and behavior plans.</li><li>Collect data and maintain documentation pertaining to each child&rsquo;s program.</li><li>Provide ongoing guidance within each client&rsquo;s individual program, ensuring each client&rsquo;s continued progress</li><li>Performs other tasks and duties within the scope of the knowledge, skills, and experience required for the job, as assigned by the BCBA or supervisor</li><li>Responsible for implementing the targets on the child&rsquo;s Individual Education Plan (IEP) in liaison with the class teachers and the SENCo</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Psychology or a related field</li><li>At least 2 years of work experience working with individuals who have autism spectrum disorder and other Intellectual/Developmental disorders</li><li>Preferably RBT certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or ABAT certified by Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA)</li><li>Should have an idea about IEPs or Individualized Educational Plan or Program</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Be productive and show initiative</li><li>Must be good at following instructions given by the Supervisor/BCBA</li><li>Passionate and caring individuals, who love to work with children</li><li>Detailed oriented, flexible, and team working enthusiast</li></ul>Submit your CV at hr@ddydubai.com or share via whatsapp +971555248075Job Type: Full-time
