Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Desk Sales Associate/Medical Assistant to join our team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving studio where teamwork, professionalism, and compassion are at the core of everything we do.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent customer service while managing check-in and check-out procedures.</li><li>Schedule appointments accurately utilizing EMR software.</li><li>Handle phone systems with professional phone etiquette; respond promptly to patient inquiries and direct calls appropriately.</li><li>Educate clients on IV therapies, memberships, and packages</li><li>Support clinical staff by preparing exam rooms, managing supplies, and assisting with basic administrative duties related to patient care.</li><li>Uphold strict confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA guidelines while managing sensitive health information.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working in a medical office setting or healthcare environment is highly preferred.</li><li>Excellent computer skills.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse patient populations effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills combined with clerical experience in a medspa setting; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Join our team where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
