Please note that while you will be working for an adventure travel company, this position is office-based and does not involve travel as part of the role.Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provides administrative sales support to the senior staff members of the organization.</li><li>Assist with Itinerary Creation for client travel programs</li><li>Help senior staff members manage customer relationship management system</li><li>Dealing with local tour partners across the globe to solidify client itineraries and obtain pricing</li><li>Submission of client trip outlines and quotations to tour partners</li><li>Create custom client travel templates for various trips and locations</li><li>Cross-check tour operations to ensure travel experience run in accordance with client expectations</li><li>Maintain country specific travel pricing and resource information</li><li>Prepare and engage with clients on travel related emails</li><li>Assist on special projects on an as needed basis.</li></ul>Work Hours, Benefits, &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Location: Role is in-person and is based in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.</li><li>Role Type: This is a full-time, employee salaried position. The role generally requires approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility as needed to meet business objectives and responsibilities.</li><li>Compensation: Starting salary of $45,000 USD, with eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus based on individual and company performance.</li></ul>Marketing Assistant Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Position is Entry Level and designed for a recent college Graduate</li><li>Strong interest in travel and/or outdoor recreation</li><li>College or University Bachelor's Degree Required with one of the following majors: Hospitality &amp; Tourism Management, Outdoor Recreation / Adventure Recreation, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, and Environmental studies</li><li>Ability to Work under Pressure and Meet Rapid Deadlines</li><li>Flexible and Able to Adapt to Changing Work Tasks</li><li>Fully Dedicated to Role During Working Hours</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office Skills &amp; Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, &amp; Slides) is a plus but not mandatory</li><li>Extremely organized</li><li>Ability to Analyze Complex Information</li><li>Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills</li></ul>Please send a resume and cover letter to info@explorerspassage.com.
