This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills, manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly, and be an integral part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.</li><li>Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order entry, billing, and cash handling.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales through suggestive selling techniques.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.</li><li>Manage bar inventory, restock supplies efficiently, and monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-serving.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills and tips, and process payments swiftly.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet or catering events to ensure smooth service flow in fine dining or nightclub settings.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining excellent customer service.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible serving policies.</li><li>Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate billing and change calculation.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in hospitality settings with diverse clientele.</li><li>Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
