Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order entry, billing, and cash handling.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales through suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies efficiently, and monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-serving.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills and tips, and process payments swiftly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet or catering events to ensure smooth service flow in fine dining or nightclub settings.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible serving policies.
• Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate billing and change calculation.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in hospitality settings with diverse clientele.
