Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to assist our growing and fast-paced real estate team! Our team is looking for a detail-oriented admin to assist us with getting a file from under contract to closing, maintaining a positive relationship with clients &amp; referral partners, and assist with day-to-day functions of our teamResponsibilities<ul><li>Manage all residential transaction from executed contract through closing</li><li>Review contracts, addendums, and deadlines for accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, and cooperating agents.</li><li>Track contingency deadlines, financing dates, appraisal deadlines, and closing milestones.</li><li>Maintain transaction files and ensure compliance with brokerage and state requirements.</li><li>Provide proactive communication to buyers and sellers throughout the transaction.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues that arise during inspections, financing, title, appraisal, or closing.</li><li>Assist team leader and associate agents with tasks needed throughout transaction</li><li>Use our systems and processes to ensure a 5-star client experience</li><li>Maintain standard operating procedures for the team</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1+ years of real estate transaction management, operations, or administrative leadership experience.</li><li>Michigan real estate experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.</li><li>High attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems, transaction management software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Traits<ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li><li>Calm under pressure.</li><li>Strong problem solver.</li><li>Proactive communicator.</li><li>Process-driven.</li><li>Service-minded.</li><li>Able to hold agents and vendors accountable.</li><li>Comfortable making decisions independently.</li><li>Protects the client experience at all costs.</li></ul>Compensation Structure;Pay range between $20-22 an hour based on experience and qualifications with a transactional bonus structure.
