This role is ideal for an esthetician who is confident in their foundational skills, values a holistic approach to skincare, and is committed to continued growth and learning.About the RoleOur estheticians are trusted to deliver thoughtful, customized treatments&mdash;not one-size-fits-all services. This is an opportunity to work in a calm, professional environment where quality, intention, and client experience come first.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform customized facial treatments based on individual client needs and skin conditions</li><li>Integrate tools and technology (such as LED, microcurrent, high frequency, and dermaplaning) as appropriate</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations</li><li>Build strong client relationships that support retention and rebooking</li><li>Maintain accurate client records and follow-up as needed</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForMust-Have Qualifications:<ul><li>Active Esthetician License in the State of Maine</li><li>Professional liability insurance</li><li>Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)</li><li>Strong communication skills and professional presence</li><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Hands-on experience with advanced skincare tools and treatments</li><li>Interest in holistic, integrative approaches to skin health</li><li>Commitment to ongoing education and skill development</li><li>Comfort learning new systems and technology</li></ul>Our ApproachAt The Fifth Om, we combine herbal skincare traditions with modern technology to deliver results-driven, personalized treatments. Our services are designed to support not just the skin, but overall wellbeing.We work with high-performing, natural and organic botanical products and emphasize thoughtful customization in every service.Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Compensation includes a base hourly rate starting at $20 per hour, plus gratuities and commission on product sales.
