About the RoleWe are looking for a professional, organized, and highly experienced Office Administrator who can manage daily office operations, customer communication, scheduling, and administrative coordination.The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in digital marketing, service-based business operations, and e-commerce website management, enabling them to support both the online and administrative growth of the company.This role requires someone with a solid administrative background, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with US or Canadian clients is a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.</li><li>Schedule appointments, client meetings, and site visits, and maintain follow-ups.</li><li>Manage emails, documentation, filing systems, and accurate data entry.</li><li>Coordinate between site crews, estimators, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and customer information.</li><li>Assist with creating, editing, and managing quotes, contracts, and project files.</li><li>Perform basic digital marketing tasks, including posting updates, responding to online inquiries, and supporting brand visibility.</li><li>Provide support for company websites, online forms, and e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in administration or customer service (construction or service-based industries preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing (Google Business, Google Ads, social media, email handling, online inquiries).</li><li>Experience working with service-based businesses is highly preferred.</li><li>Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.</li><li>Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.</li><li>Master-level English proficiency &mdash; written and spoken.</li><li>Excellent communication and phone handling abilities.</li><li>Experience working with US or Canadian clients is strongly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks or CRM software is an asset.</li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, professional attitude, and ability to work independently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>office administrative: 8 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English fluently (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
