About the Role

We are looking for a professional, organized, and highly experienced Office Administrator who can manage daily office operations, customer communication, scheduling, and administrative coordination.

The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in digital marketing, service-based business operations, and e-commerce website management, enabling them to support both the online and administrative growth of the company.

This role requires someone with a solid administrative background, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with US or Canadian clients is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.
  • Schedule appointments, client meetings, and site visits, and maintain follow-ups.
  • Manage emails, documentation, filing systems, and accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate between site crews, estimators, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and customer information.
  • Assist with creating, editing, and managing quotes, contracts, and project files.
  • Perform basic digital marketing tasks, including posting updates, responding to online inquiries, and supporting brand visibility.
  • Provide support for company websites, online forms, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in administration or customer service (construction or service-based industries preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (Google Business, Google Ads, social media, email handling, online inquiries).
  • Experience working with service-based businesses is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Master-level English proficiency — written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and phone handling abilities.
  • Experience working with US or Canadian clients is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or CRM software is an asset.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, professional attitude, and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
