We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant (Promise Keeper) to support daily operations for a flooring showroom, construction company, and real estate office.This role is ideal for someone who values structure, consistency, follow-through, and enjoys being the calm, reliable point of contact for customers &mdash; while also assisting with basic social media content using clear guidelines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the showroom during business hours</li><li>Answer and return customer calls, texts, and emails the same day</li><li>Provide proactive project updates to customers</li><li>Schedule measurements, installations, and appointments</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, installers, and subcontractors</li><li>Maintain accurate customer and project records</li><li>Follow established checklists and procedures</li><li>Assist with simple, guided social media content, such as:</li><li>Posting pre-written or templated content</li><li>Capturing basic photos or short videos in the showroom</li><li>Uploading completed projects or promotions</li><li>Communicate issues or delays to the owner promptly</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)</li><li>Excellent organization and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable following routines and checklists</li><li>Dependable and punctual</li><li>Basic computer and smartphone proficiency</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required):<ul><li>Office coordination or administrative experience</li><li>Customer service background</li><li>Familiarity with posting on Facebook or Instagram</li></ul>Pay: From $25,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
