We offer a variety of business intelligence solutions that are designed to solve your toughest challenges.We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to help continue to move TFG towards it goals and the design and implementation of exciting new innovations.Campaign Execution &amp; Management<ul><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing manager to plan and deploy integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid search, and content marketing channels.</li><li>Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot, including creating workflows, landing pages, forms, and automated email sequences.</li><li>Ensure all campaigns are executed accurately, meet brand standards, and align with overall marketing goals and timelines.</li><li>Continuously monitor campaign setup and performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improved engagement.</li></ul>Analytics and Reporting<ul><li>Track campaign metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot&rsquo;s analytics tools, and other reporting platforms.</li><li>Interpret performance data to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and campaign risks.</li><li>Produce regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership, clearly presenting results, insights, and ROI.</li><li>Make data-driven recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, segmentation, and overall channel performance.</li></ul>Content Management &amp; SEO<ul><li>Support the development, publication, and optimization of digital content across the company website, blogs, landing pages, and social media platforms.</li><li>Conduct keyword research to ensure all content is aligned with SEO best practices and contributes to organic growth goals.</li><li>Manage content calendars, coordinate subject matter experts, and maintain consistent brand voice and messaging.</li><li>Review content performance and suggest enhancements to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion.</li></ul>Project and Team Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate daily with cross-functional teams&mdash;including creative, design, sales, and technology&mdash;to keep campaigns on schedule and within scope.</li><li>Assist in planning workflow timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Support or oversee administrative and junior marketing staff as needed, offering guidance, training, and quality checks.</li><li>Assist with vendor coordination when needed, including freelancers, designers, and external agencies.</li></ul>Market Research &amp; Strategic Insights<ul><li>Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay current on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging tools.</li><li>Identify strategic insights that can enhance campaign performance and inform long-term marketing strategies.</li><li>Test new marketing approaches, channels, and technologies to keep the company&rsquo;s digital presence modern and competitive.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsHubSpot Expertise<ul><li>Demonstrated experience using HubSpot&rsquo;s marketing automation, CRM, and content management tools.</li><li>Ability to build complex automated workflows, segment audiences, and manage lead nurturing campaigns.</li></ul>Analytical Skills<ul><li>Strong ability to analyze campaign data, interpret performance metrics, and translate numbers into actionable insights.</li><li>Comfortable using analytics tools, dashboards, and A/B testing methodologies.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Project Management<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration and presenting to leadership.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Technical Proficiency<ul><li>Working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and common marketing tech platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with content design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to support basic asset creation.</li><li>Understanding of SEO principles, content optimization, and digital marketing best practices.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.</li><li>Typically 2&ndash;5 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing operations role.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Ability to influence team decisions, provide guidance on campaign optimization, and support the development of junior team members.</li><li>Comfortable taking initiative, offering recommendations, and helping drive continuous improvement across marketing workflows.</li></ul>The Freedonia Group is a growing company with a high standard of excellence.
