We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to help continue to move TFG towards it goals and the design and implementation of exciting new innovations.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Collaborate closely with the marketing manager to plan and deploy integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid search, and content marketing channels.
- Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot, including creating workflows, landing pages, forms, and automated email sequences.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed accurately, meet brand standards, and align with overall marketing goals and timelines.
- Continuously monitor campaign setup and performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improved engagement.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track campaign metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot’s analytics tools, and other reporting platforms.
- Interpret performance data to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and campaign risks.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership, clearly presenting results, insights, and ROI.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, segmentation, and overall channel performance.
Content Management & SEO
- Support the development, publication, and optimization of digital content across the company website, blogs, landing pages, and social media platforms.
- Conduct keyword research to ensure all content is aligned with SEO best practices and contributes to organic growth goals.
- Manage content calendars, coordinate subject matter experts, and maintain consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Review content performance and suggest enhancements to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Project and Team Coordination
- Coordinate daily with cross-functional teams—including creative, design, sales, and technology—to keep campaigns on schedule and within scope.
- Assist in planning workflow timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution.
- Support or oversee administrative and junior marketing staff as needed, offering guidance, training, and quality checks.
- Assist with vendor coordination when needed, including freelancers, designers, and external agencies.
Market Research & Strategic Insights
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay current on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging tools.
- Identify strategic insights that can enhance campaign performance and inform long-term marketing strategies.
- Test new marketing approaches, channels, and technologies to keep the company’s digital presence modern and competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
HubSpot Expertise
- Demonstrated experience using HubSpot’s marketing automation, CRM, and content management tools.
- Ability to build complex automated workflows, segment audiences, and manage lead nurturing campaigns.
Analytical Skills
- Strong ability to analyze campaign data, interpret performance metrics, and translate numbers into actionable insights.
- Comfortable using analytics tools, dashboards, and A/B testing methodologies.
Communication & Project Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration and presenting to leadership.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Technical Proficiency
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and common marketing tech platforms.
- Familiarity with content design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to support basic asset creation.
- Understanding of SEO principles, content optimization, and digital marketing best practices.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Typically 2–5 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing operations role.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Ability to influence team decisions, provide guidance on campaign optimization, and support the development of junior team members.
- Comfortable taking initiative, offering recommendations, and helping drive continuous improvement across marketing workflows.
