We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Designer.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>Collaborate with design to create technical development packages with garment specs, technical sketches, and garment construction.</li><li>Prepare sample for fitting sessions. Measuring and analyzing samples.</li><li>Conduct fitting sessions on live models and form on the assigned product category. Offering resolution and knowledge on improving the fit and balance of the garment.</li><li>Responsible for the execution of fit comments through photos, sketches and pattern corrections for overseas vendors</li><li>Strong knowledge of patterns, fitting, Grading and garment construction.</li><li>Must have experience with cut and sew knits, woven, tops, bottoms, dresses, and some knowledge of sweaters will be helpful.</li><li>Communicate with overseas vendors providing clear direction on Approval status from Prototype into final bulk production</li><li>Excellent visual / written / verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
