1. Project Management Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical projects from initiation to completion.</li><li>Review technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Schedule and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely delivery of work.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and suppliers for smooth execution of tasks.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.</li><li>Prepare project progress reports, site documentation, and material tracking logs.</li><li>Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.</li><li>Resolve technical issues on-site and provide corrective action plans.</li><li>Ensure all project milestones are delivered within budget and timeframe.</li></ul>2. Sales &amp; Business Development Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify new business opportunities in electrical contracting, ELV, MEP, and related services.</li><li>Prepare and submit technical &amp; commercial proposals based on client requirements.</li><li>Conduct site visits and surveys to evaluate work scopes and prepare accurate quotations.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>Participate in pre-bid meetings, client presentations, and technical discussions.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and project timelines to secure orders.</li><li>Maintain CRM records and track follow-ups on tenders and quotations.</li></ul>3. Technical Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide technical support to clients regarding products, systems, and engineering solutions.</li><li>Work with design teams to prepare layouts, SLDs, load schedules, and technical submittals.</li><li>Ensure materials and equipment comply with project specifications and standards (IEC, BS, DEWA, ADDC, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate FAT, SAT, and system integration activities when required.</li><li>Evaluate vendor quotations and support procurement in selecting suitable products.</li></ul>4. Coordination &amp; Communication Responsibilities<ul><li>Liaise with internal departments including design, procurement, finance, and operations.</li><li>Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Communicate project risks, delays, and requirements to management on time.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and communication flow between all stakeholders.</li></ul>Key Skills: Strong technical, mathematical, and analytical skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. High level of organization and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Educational Background: Applicants should have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree, ( Electrical Engineering preferred).Experience:<ul><li>3 years of relevant experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
