Qualifications</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
5+ years of hands-on experience as a licensed Esthetician required</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Required to work weekdays/weekends &ndash; 9am-6pm</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Prior experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or membership-based spa environment preferred</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Active Arizona Esthetics license required; CPR and First Aid certification a plus</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Genuine passion for health, wellness, and delivering personalized skincare experiences</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

As the Concierge, you are the central point of connection for every guest&rsquo;s stay, shaping personalized experiences from arrival to departure. This role demands attentiveness, precision, and a passion for delivering highly tailored service that meets Forbes Five-Star standards.</p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Assist with pre-arrival planning and correspondence with guests via phone, email, and text message in a professional and personal manner.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel and local attractions or points of interest in adherence with Forbes Five Star Standards</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Properly logging guest requests/preferences and performing follow up with guests to ensure we exceed guest service expectations</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Serve as a point of contact for VIP guests, delivering highly personalized, seamless experiences that reflect the hotel&rsquo;s luxury service standards</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Review guest arrival and departure reports and customize stays through special requests, thoughtful touches, and flawless execution involving departments such as In Room Dining and Housekeeping</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Collaborate closely with Front Desk, Reservations, F&amp;B, Spa, and ensure all cross channels of communication are consistent involving guest matters</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Coordinate and confirm personalized services, including dining, spa, transportation, and amenities, using Opera to ensure accuracy and consistency</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Curate bespoke welcome amenities, turndown gifts, and in-room details tailored to the preferences of our guests</p></li></ul></div><div></div><div><p><b><br>
Qualifications</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or a comparable guest-facing role</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Local area knowledge preferred (Restaurants, Golf Destinations, Attractions).</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail to ensure flawless guest experiences</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with guests and internal teams</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Genuine passion for delivering elevated, personalized service and creating memorable guest experiences</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Experience using property management systems (Opera, HotSOS), billing platforms, and guest management tools (OpenTable, Book4Time).</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
