What You’ll Do
As the Concierge, you are the central point of connection for every guest’s stay, shaping personalized experiences from arrival to departure. This role demands attentiveness, precision, and a passion for delivering highly tailored service that meets Forbes Five-Star standards.
Assist with pre-arrival planning and correspondence with guests via phone, email, and text message in a professional and personal manner.
Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel and local attractions or points of interest in adherence with Forbes Five Star Standards
Properly logging guest requests/preferences and performing follow up with guests to ensure we exceed guest service expectations
Serve as a point of contact for VIP guests, delivering highly personalized, seamless experiences that reflect the hotel’s luxury service standards
Review guest arrival and departure reports and customize stays through special requests, thoughtful touches, and flawless execution involving departments such as In Room Dining and Housekeeping
Collaborate closely with Front Desk, Reservations, F&B, Spa, and ensure all cross channels of communication are consistent involving guest matters
Coordinate and confirm personalized services, including dining, spa, transportation, and amenities, using Opera to ensure accuracy and consistency
Curate bespoke welcome amenities, turndown gifts, and in-room details tailored to the preferences of our guests
Qualifications
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or a comparable guest-facing role
Local area knowledge preferred (Restaurants, Golf Destinations, Attractions).
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail to ensure flawless guest experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with guests and internal teams
Genuine passion for delivering elevated, personalized service and creating memorable guest experiences
Experience using property management systems (Opera, HotSOS), billing platforms, and guest management tools (OpenTable, Book4Time).
Ability to manage complex guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
