Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, managing bar and dining operations efficiently, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role requires a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, POS systems, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience is highly valued. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, sales skills, and food safety awareness to ensure a memorable guest experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS system.</li><li>Take food and drink orders from guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.</li><li>Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing knowledgeable recommendations to guests.</li><li>Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking practices.</li><li>Assist with catering events as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts.</li><li>Adhere to all food handling regulations and safety procedures to ensure guest safety.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is a plus.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekdays, weekends.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
