Your energetic approach and dedication will help create a positive experience for pets and pet owners alike, fostering trust and loyalty in our community.Duties<ul><li>Provide loving, attentive care to pets including feeding and administering medications as directed</li><li>Assist with pet sitting services, ensuring pets are comfortable and monitored throughout their stay</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of kennels, grooming areas, and common spaces through regular cleaning and sanitation procedures</li><li>Engage in outdoor activities such as walking dogs or supervising playtime to promote physical activity and mental stimulation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience working with animals in veterinary clinics, grooming salons, kennels, or pet sitting environments is highly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of animal restraint techniques is a strong plus</li><li>Experience with dog training, or kennel management enhances your suitability for this role</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting and team lifting safely when handling large animals or equipment</li><li>Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and address their concerns confidently</li><li>Outdoor work experience is beneficial for supervising outdoor activities or walking dogs in various weather conditions</li><li>A genuine passion for animal care combined with excellent animal handling skills ensures success in this energetic role</li></ul>Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
