Duties

• Provide loving, attentive care to pets including feeding and administering medications as directed
• Assist with pet sitting services, ensuring pets are comfortable and monitored throughout their stay
• Maintain cleanliness of kennels, grooming areas, and common spaces through regular cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Engage in outdoor activities such as walking dogs or supervising playtime to promote physical activity and mental stimulation

Requirements

• Prior experience working with animals in veterinary clinics, grooming salons, kennels, or pet sitting environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of animal restraint techniques is a strong plus
• Experience with dog training, or kennel management enhances your suitability for this role
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and team lifting safely when handling large animals or equipment
• Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and address their concerns confidently
• Outdoor work experience is beneficial for supervising outdoor activities or walking dogs in various weather conditions
• A genuine passion for animal care combined with excellent animal handling skills ensures success in this energetic role

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
