Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a vibrant environment. The Barback will support bartenders by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized while providing excellent customer service. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of operations during busy shifts and enhancing the overall guest experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service during high-volume periods.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.</li><li>Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed.</li><li>Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure the bar is adequately stocked.</li><li>Bus tables and clear empty glasses or plates from the bar area to maintain a tidy environment.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly.</li><li>Assist with food preparation for bar snacks or small plates when necessary.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic work environment.</li><li>Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food handling practices.</li><li>Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred.</li><li>Background in food service or catering is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.</li><li>Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Experience in bussing tables and serving in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.</li><li>Knowledge of kitchen operations or hotel experience can enhance performance in this role.
