Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, including the dining room, bar, and host/host station - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction - Train and supervise front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses - Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests - Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and maximize revenue - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner - Monitor inventory levels of supplies, such as menus, napkins, and condiments - Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve overall efficiencyRequirements:- Must have bartending experience - Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in team management and able to motivate and inspire staff members - Experience with interviewing, hiring, and training front of house employeesWe are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager who can lead our team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
