Bartender

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Collect payment and operate cash registers
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies

Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Skills:
- Food handling: Ability to handle food items safely and follow proper hygiene practices
- Hospitality: Provide exceptional service to create a positive experience for customers
- Basic math: Perform calculations for drink orders, payments, and inventory management
- Food service: Understand food safety regulations and handle food items properly
- Catering: Assist with catering events by serving drinks and providing excellent customer service
- Cash handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, including giving change and processing credit card payments
- Math: Perform calculations for measuring ingredients, calculating bills, and managing inventory
- Sales: Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales revenue
- Customer service: Interact with customers in a friendly and attentive manner, addressing any concerns or requests
