</ul>Ideal Candidate has 6 months to 1 year Tile and Grout Experience personal or professional or precision finishing work in Painting, carpentry, caulking and extreme attention to detail 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do: 
 
<ul><li>Restore, repair, and refresh tile and grout to make it look brand new.</li>
<li>Use tools, techniques, and specialized products (we&rsquo;ll train you).</li>
<li>Communicate with customers in a professional, respectful way.</li>
<li>Follow proven processes that deliver top-notch results every time.</li>
</ul>What You Need to Succeed: 
 
&#9989; Cell phone &amp; reliable transportation (personal vehicle for training) 
 
&#9989; Clean, professional appearance 
 
&#9989; Ability to travel to customer homes around Chattanooga 
 
&#9989; Speak English clearly 
 
&#9989; U.S. citizen or valid work visa 
 
&#9989; Clean driving record (we check MVR) 
 
&#9989; Pass a background check 
 
&#9989;Must be available to work 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some potential weekend work. 
 
&#9989;Ability to walk for long periods of time. 
 
&#9989;Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. 
 
&#9989;High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing. 
 
Bonus Points (Not Required): 
 
<ul><li>Tile or grout repair experience (6+ Months)</li>
<li>Knowledge of silicone caulks, grout types, and tile installation</li>
<li>Experience with water damage tile repair</li>
</ul>What We Offer: 
 
Pay: $18&ndash;$25/hour based on experience &amp; skill level
