Ideal Candidate has 6 months to 1 year Tile and Grout Experience personal or professional or precision finishing work in Painting, carpentry, caulking and extreme attention to detail

What You’ll Do:

• Restore, repair, and refresh tile and grout to make it look brand new.
• Use tools, techniques, and specialized products (we’ll train you).
• Communicate with customers in a professional, respectful way.
• Follow proven processes that deliver top-notch results every time.

What You Need to Succeed:

✅ Cell phone & reliable transportation (personal vehicle for training)

✅ Clean, professional appearance

✅ Ability to travel to customer homes around Chattanooga

✅ Speak English clearly

✅ U.S. citizen or valid work visa

✅ Clean driving record (we check MVR)

✅ Pass a background check

✅Must be available to work 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some potential weekend work.

✅Ability to walk for long periods of time.

✅Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

✅High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.

Bonus Points (Not Required):

• Tile or grout repair experience (6+ Months)
• Knowledge of silicone caulks, grout types, and tile installation
• Experience with water damage tile repair

Pay: $18–$25/hour based on experience & skill level
