 About the Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a dynamic and experienced
 
 City Operations Manager
 
 to lead and scale our city-level operations. This role involves managing teams, driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all properties and business functions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee end-to-end city operations including property management, maintenance, and customer experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and mentor a team of Area Property Managers, Operations Executives, and Field Staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor city-level KPIs &mdash; occupancy, revenue, service quality, and cost efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement operational SOPs and ensure compliance across all teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with central teams (Sales, Finance, Product, and HR) to align city operations with business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of on-ground issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle escalations, audits, and critical incident management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide strategic inputs for city growth, expansion, and customer retention.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in operations, preferably in real estate, property management, facility, or hospitality sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership and team management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground operational environment.
 </li>
