Client & Business Relationship Manager

The Client & Business Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with individual tenants, long-stay guests, and corporate clients , while also building and scaling revenue channels for HelloWorld.

This role combines account management, tenant experience, and business development , ensuring strong client satisfaction while driving repeat business, renewals, and corporate partnerships.


Core Objective

  • Strengthen relationships with tenants and corporate clients
  • Increase repeat bookings, renewals, and referrals
  • Build sustainable B2B and B2C revenue channels
  • Act as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams


Key Responsibilities


1. Tenant & Guest Relationship Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for long-stay tenants and premium guests
  • Conduct move-in, mid-stay, and renewal conversations
  • Resolve concerns by coordinating with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Drive renewals, extensions, and referrals
  • Maintain relationship history and feedback logs


2. Corporate Client Management (B2B)

  • Manage relationships with corporate clients booking stays for employees, consultants, or project teams
  • Handle enquiries, negotiations, and onboarding of corporate accounts
  • Understand client stay requirements and customise offerings where required
  • Ensure smooth stay experience and timely issue resolution
  • Maintain SLAs and client satisfaction levels


3. Revenue Channel Development

  • Build and manage revenue channels including:
  • Corporate tie-ups
  • Long-stay contracts
  • Referral partnerships
  • Institutional / project-based stays
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Track channel-wise performance and revenue contribution


4. Business Growth & Reporting

  • Track renewals, churn, and client lifetime value
  • Monitor revenue performance from corporate and long-stay clients
  • Share client insights with revenue, operations, and leadership teams
  • Support pricing and contract decisions with market feedback


5. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with:
  • Operations teams for service delivery
  • Revenue & analytics teams for pricing and inventory planning
  • Finance for billing, invoicing, and collections
  • Ensure clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders


Skills & Experience


Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience dealing with customers/clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously


Preferred

  • Experience in hospitality, co-living, serviced apartments, or real estate
  • Exposure to corporate bookings, B2B sales, or long-stay contracts
  • Basic understanding of pricing, contracts, and revenue metrics
