The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our online voice and supporting overall marketing objectives.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.</li><li>Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer.</li><li>Monitor social listening channels to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility.</li><li>Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.</li><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce strategies.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice before publishing.</li><li>Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to foster positive brand associations.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.</li><li>Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.</li><li>Skilled in content creation including photography, video editing, and copywriting.</li><li>Expertise in social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook Advertising campaigns.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills to engage with audiences effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of branding principles and digital marketing strategies related to e-commerce.
