Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative social media strategies, enhance brand visibility, and engage with our online community. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics to drive meaningful engagement and growth. The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our online voice and supporting overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Monitor social listening channels to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility.
  • Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice before publishing.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to foster positive brand associations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Skilled in content creation including photography, video editing, and copywriting.
  • Expertise in social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook Advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage with audiences effectively.
