Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and food items</div></li><li><div>
Take orders and handle customer payments</div></li><li><div>
Provide friendly customer service and recommend/upsell products</div></li><li><div>
Maintain cleanliness and follow health and safety standards</div></li><li><div>
Assist customers with retail purchases and product questions</div></li><li><div>
Complete daily tasks like stocking, side work, and cash reconciliation</div></li><li><div>
Support team members and perform additional duties as needed</div></li></ul>
Qualifications:

Certification: ServSafe (or obtain upon hire)</div></li><li><div>
Experience: Minimum 1 year; prior barista or retail sales experience preferred</div></li><li><div>
Skills: Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation, customer service, attention to detail, and good communication</div></li><li><div>

Take beverage orders from guests and serving staff</div></li><li><div>
Collect payment and accurately handle cash transactions</div></li><li><div>
Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws</div></li><li><div>
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and take appropriate steps to prevent over-service (e.g., arranging transportation for intoxicated patrons)</div></li><li><div>
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, including glassware, utensils, equipment, and work areas</div></li><li><div>
Stock the bar with beverages and supplies (ice, glassware, napkins, straws, etc.)</div></li><li><div>
Slice and prepare garnishes for drinks</div></li><li><div>
Serve light snacks or food items to bar guests</div></li><li><div>
Answer questions about menu items, beverages, and resort offerings</div></li><li><div>
Provide information about The Highlands and surrounding area</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with fellow bartenders and team members</div></li><li><div>
Perform additional duties as assigned by management</div></li></ul>
Qualifications:
